Factoring calculator
Compare your factoring offer with an indicative Spona invoice-financing estimate: the same amount and term, total fees, initial payout and retained amount.
The calculator does not approve financing. The provider, legal structure, recourse and payment dates depend on the actual offer and agreement. The pay-later option is a separate financing use case.

Use the same invoice amount and duration. Enter the total fees from your own offer, including fixed charges and any applicable taxes. We do not supply competitor prices. This comparison assumes fees are deducted upfront.
Not a market ranking or a binding offer. Compare recourse, security, approval conditions, payout dates and reserve-release conditions separately. Inputs stay in this page; they are not saved or included in analytics or the enquiry email.
What does financing a €10,000 invoice cost?
Illustrative Spona earlier-payment estimates for the same confirmed amount. These are not market prices or an approved offer. The written offer determines the actual cost and dates.
| Term | One-time fee | Net payout |
|---|---|---|
| 30 days | 295,00 € | 9.705,00 € |
| 60 days | 638,00 € | 9.362,00 € |
| 90 days | 999,00 € | 9.001,00 € |
An advance and a fee are different things.
Hypothetical comparison: an 80% advance and €400 total fees on a €10,000 invoice over 30 days. Fees are deducted from the advance.
- Initial net payout
- 7.600,00 €
- Retained amount, not a fee
- 2.000,00 €
- Total net if the reserve is released in full
- 9.600,00 €
The timing and conditions for releasing the retained amount matter. Compare recourse, security and late-payment terms separately; a lower fee does not make two offers equivalent.
Before comparing factoring offers
What fees should I enter?
Enter the total cost from your own offer for the selected amount and term, including fixed charges and applicable taxes. Do not enter an annual interest rate as a one-time fee. Confirm the calculation with the provider if a cost or tax is unclear.
Why must the terms match?
A 30-day offer and a 90-day offer cover different periods. Select the same term before comparing. This tool does not convert prices into an annual interest rate.
Does this send an application?
No. Calculate without registering. Continue to review the estimate if you want to discuss it; sending an enquiry is a separate action. Your comparison-offer inputs are not included in analytics or the enquiry.
